What Business-Gym is

Business-Gym gives a small company a team of AI department heads that read inbound work, draft the responses and next steps, and organize it for a human to approve. The point is to take the routine back-office load off you while keeping you in control of anything that matters.

Staying in control

The AI drafts and organizes; you approve anything that sends a message, moves money, or carries legal weight. That approval step is always there. You also choose which heads are on and how much routine work each handles on its own.

Your data

Your data is kept per-company and used to do your work, following EU data-protection practice (DSGVO) and standard retention rules. The security overview describes how data is handled — in plain language.
