What is Business-Gym?

Business-Gym gives a small company a team of AI department heads — for finance, HR, sales and more — that read inbound work, draft replies and next steps, and organize everything for a human to approve. It is built for back-office work, not just chat.

What is an "AI department head"?

An AI department head is a focused assistant for one business area (like finance or HR). It reads the work for that area, drafts responses, and organizes tasks — while a person approves anything that sends, pays or commits.

Does the AI send emails or pay invoices on its own?

No. Sending messages, moving money and anything legal always require a human approval. The AI drafts and organizes; you decide. That human-in-the-loop floor does not move, even at higher autonomy.

How much control do I have?

Full control. You choose which heads are active, what they can do on their own (routine, reversible work) and what always waits for you (sends, money, legal). You can review or change any draft before it goes out.

How is my data handled?

Your data is used to do your work and is kept per-company (one company's data is not mixed with another's). We follow EU data-protection practice (DSGVO) and standard bookkeeping-retention rules.

Do I need technical skills to set it up?

No. You point a head at the inbox for its area and start approving drafts. There is nothing to code or host.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is per company and scales with usage.

What Business-Gym is

Business-Gym gives a small company a team of AI department heads that read inbound work, draft the responses and next steps, and organize it for a human to approve. The point is to take the routine back-office load off you while keeping you in control of anything that matters.

Staying in control

The AI drafts and organizes; you approve anything that sends a message, moves money, or carries legal weight. That approval step is always there. You also choose which heads are on and how much routine work each handles on its own.

Your data

Your data is kept per-company and used to do your work, following EU data-protection practice (DSGVO) and standard retention rules. If you need our full data-handling detail for a procurement or DPA review, ask us and we will provide it.

Which languages does Business-Gym speak?

The app is available in English, German and French. You switch in the Language entry of your profile menu — English, Deutsch or Français — and you stay on the same page, just in the new language. English is what the interface falls back to when nothing tells it otherwise.

Translation is not equally complete everywhere. German is complete: every label in the app has a German translation. French covers almost all of it — 57 labels have no French text yet, 56 of them on the marketing content calendar and one the Data sources navigation entry. Those labels are missing rather than translated, and they do not quietly fall back to English, so that one screen and that one menu entry will not read cleanly in French until the translations land.

The AI follows your selected language. The copilot answers in the language you picked — that choice overrides its German default — and switches only if you clearly write to it in one of the other two. For anything it drafts to go outside your company it uses the formal Sie in German and vous in French. Reply drafts for inbound email are a separate case: they are written in the language of the email that arrived, whatever that language is — so a French enquiry gets a French draft even if you work in German.

Two limits worth knowing. Our automatic account emails — the “finish your setup” reminder and the account-deletion notices — exist in German and English only; any other language gets the English version. And these help pages are English only for now.
