Getting started with Business-Gym
Set up your first AI department head and approve its first drafts in a few minutes.
Business-Gym gives your company AI department heads — one for finance, one for HR, one for sales, and so on. Each head reads the work coming into its area, drafts the replies and next steps, and organizes everything so you can approve in minutes instead of doing it from scratch. You stay in control: the AI drafts and organizes; you approve anything that sends a message, moves money, or has legal weight.
1. Pick a department head
Start with the area that eats the most of your time — often finance (invoices and reminders) or sales (lead follow-ups). You can turn on more heads later.
2. Connect its inbox
Point the head at the mailbox or channel where that work arrives (for example, your invoices inbox). It begins reading new items and sorting them by what they are and how urgent they are.
3. Review the first drafts
For each item, the head proposes a draft — a reply, a reminder, a checklist, a short summary. Nothing is sent automatically. You see the draft, edit if needed, and approve or dismiss.
4. Raise autonomy when you trust it
As you see the drafts are good, you can let a head handle the routine, reversible work on its own (sorting, organizing, preparing) while still keeping the human approval step on anything that leaves your company or touches money. That floor never moves.
What good looks like after a week
