How your team works

Business-Gym is a team, not an app. You get departmental AI heads and a Concierge that sits above them, running continuously in the background. The dashboard you log into is a window onto that team — it is not the product. The product is the work the team does while you are elsewhere.

The Concierge. It sits above the department heads and is your single point of contact — the internal shorthand is “a chief of staff with 12 specialists”. You bring it the question or the problem; it works out which head owns it.

Your team wakes for three reasons and no others, which is what keeps it cheap when nothing is happening:

  1. An external signal arrives — an email, a message, a document, a form.
  2. A schedule fires — a daily or weekly beat the team keeps on its own.
  3. You ask — you bring the Concierge something directly.

There is no fourth reason. Between those moments the team is idle, and idle costs close to nothing — you are not paying for a bot spinning in a loop waiting for something to happen.

They trigger each other directly. Sales closing a deal can trigger finance to start preparing the invoice — you do not wire that connection yourself. The heads pass work across an internal message mesh that is already part of the platform.

What comes out the far end of that chain is still a proposal for you. The handoff between heads is automatic; the step that leaves your company is not.

You: approve, edit or dismiss

Work flows from inbound signals, schedules and your own questions into the Concierge, which routes it to the department head that owns the area; heads read your connected knowledge sources, hand work to each other over the internal mesh, and put the result in an approval queue for you to approve, edit or dismiss.

A normal appYour Business-Gym team
Who does the workYou operate it. Nothing happens until you click. It works and asks you. It prepares, then brings you the decision.
Who remembersYou remember what still needs doing. It remembers and brings the open item back to you.
Who startsYou open it when you think of it.It reaches you when there is something to look at.

That is why the dashboard is a window rather than a workspace. If you never opened it for a day, the team would still have read the inbound, drafted the replies and queued them for you.

How much does the team do on its own today?

Section titled “How much does the team do on its own today?”

It is supervised and propose-only. Heads read, draft and prepare — the result comes to you to approve, edit or dismiss. That is the honest state of the product right now.

Next: meet the department heads individually, or read the inbound → approve → execute loop they all run on.
