What is Business-Gym?

Business-Gym is a team of departmental AI Heads — one for each area of your business — plus a Concierge that is your single point of contact across all of them. They work continuously on the recurring back-office work your company already receives. Today they draft and propose; you approve every action before anything happens.

It is software you work with as a team. You do not learn a tool and operate it feature by feature — you hand work to the Head that owns that area, or ask the Concierge, and it comes back prepared.

That framing is not decoration: it is why the work arrives as proposals addressed to you, rather than as tasks the system quietly completes.

Today Business-Gym runs propose-only — supervised autonomy, roughly level 2 of the autonomy ladder. Heads read the work in their area, prepare the draft or the next step, and put it in front of you.

Nothing auto-executes. Every proposed action waits for your approval, including low-risk, reversible ones that a higher autonomy level would eventually let run unattended. Unattended execution is not available yet.

Two limits are fixed at every autonomy level, now and in every future version:

  • No autonomous external sends. No email, Teams message, or public post leaves your company without a person approving it.
  • Money is human-only. Payments, transfers, and anything that spends are performed by a human.

Raising autonomy later changes how much routine preparation can run unattended. It does not move these two.

  • Live now: SharePoint Lists, Dataverse/CRM, email send via SendGrid or Microsoft Graph (human-approved, always), and Teams.
  • Partial: calendar — some of it works, and it is not complete.
  • Not connected yet: Datev.

What a Head can touch is decided entirely by what is connected, so this list is the honest boundary of what Business-Gym can do for you today. See Integrations for the detail.

Work arrives into a department’s area. The Head that owns that area reads it, matches it to how your company handles that kind of item, and prepares the response or the next step.

You then approve it, change it, or drop it. Only after you approve does anything execute — and if it was a send, that is the moment it goes out. The full mechanics are in the inbound → approve → execute loop.

Business-Gym gives your company a team of AI department Heads, and a Concierge to talk to.

Each Head works on the real inbound work in its area and prepares the reply or the next step.

Today, everything is a proposal. Nothing runs on its own.

You approve, change, or drop it — and only then does anything leave your company.

No message sends itself, and money is always human-only. That does not change as the system grows up.

Does Business-Gym work for my industry, if I am not a gym?

Section titled “Does Business-Gym work for my industry, if I am not a gym?”

Yes — nothing in it is built around one trade, and despite the name there is no gym or fitness functionality anywhere in it. What ships is a roster of general business departments: Office, Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, IT, Marketing, Sales, Consulting, Customer Service, Product, Project Manager and Research. An invoice, a customer email, a contract, a deadline look much the same in a workshop, a practice, an agency or a software company.

Setup follows the same logic. The starter packs are by department, not by sector — Back-Office Essentials, Revenue Engine, Operations & Compliance, or the Full Department Suite. There is no industry field to fill in. Setup does ask your country, headcount, rough revenue and one sentence about what your business does; those answers are saved as you go so you can stop partway and come back, but they are not what decides your setup. What gets created is the departments in the pack you pick, plus Product, Project Manager, Research and Customer Service, which are set up for every new workspace whichever pack you choose.

The industry-specific part comes from you. Every Head has a Role tab where you write its mission, its responsibilities, its guardrails, and the voice and language it should use — in your words, for your trade. The Knowledge Base is where you add your own documents, so a Head answers from your material rather than from general knowledge.

One honest gap: the Industry packs page in the app is a placeholder — nothing is published there yet. And whether Business-Gym fits a regulated field such as a practice or a tax firm is a question for your own advisor, not one this page can settle; if you need our full data-handling detail for that review, ask us and we will provide it.

Next: meet the department heads, or see how the inbound → approve → execute loop works.
